Lately I have been watching several dystopian films and I have noticed a certain pattern in the way architecture is depicted in these stories. Most of the time brutalist architecture is used, a clear example of this is the film Dune.

But this has made me think about how architecture affects our way of seeing things, probably if a different style had been used, such as art deco, the film would have had a completely different tint than it has.
